LINEARIZED VARIABLE-CAPACITANCE MODULE AND LC RESONANCE CIRCUIT USING IT

A linear variable-capacitance module and an LC resonance circuit using the same are provided to have more accurate variable frequency characteristics without switching of a varactor. A number of variable capacitance devices(421-42N) have different linear variable regions on a voltage axis. One ends of the variable capacitance devices are connected in common and receive a control voltage. The other ends of the variable capacitance devices are applied with different fixed voltage. Each variable capacitance device is a varactor. The control voltage is applied to anodes of the varactors, and different fixed voltage is applied to cathodes of the varactors.
