A conduit device for concrete formwork which allows a hose or pipe to be connected to the formwork when filling the same underwater. The conduit device may be reversible to allow the same to be configured as an outlet, and a filter may be attached to the outlet to prevent exit of concrete while allowing egression of extraneous water and air.
