<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank/tank component-fastening structure for actualizing screw-fastening without impairing sealing performance and requiring high machining accuracy, while properly suppressing leakage from a tank. <P>SOLUTION: In the tank/tank component-fastening structure, a tank component 4 is screwed into a cap portion 3 of the tank 1 and screw-fastened thereto, and a space between the tank component 4 and the cap portion 3 is sealed by a seal member 64. On at least one of the cap portion 3 and the tank component 4, a fastened portion 51 to be served for screw-fastening and a sealed portion 61 to be served for sealing are formed to be relatively movable in the radial direction of the cap portion 3.
