<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket integrated with a reinforcing frame body capable of stabilizing quality and enabling to manufacture at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The reinforcing frame body 11 is set in a mold 4. A peripheral edge 111 of the reinforcing frame body 11 is positioned in a cavity 43 for molding and is pivotally supported by one divided surface 42a of the mold 4. After mold clamping, unvulcanized rubber material is filled from an inlet 411 opened in a position opposite to a surface 11b facing to an inside of the cavity 43 for molding on the peripheral edge 111 of the reinforcing frame body 11 in the cavity 43 for molding, and is vulcanized, and a gasket main body is integrally formed on the peripheral edge 111 of the reinforcing frame body 11. The gasket main body comprises a flat base of which one surface forms an approximately same plane with the one surface 11a of the reinforcing frame body 11, and which is integrally joined with the reinforcing frame body 11, and a seal lip formed by positioning on an outer side of the peripheral edge 111 of the reinforcing frame body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
