<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new lid body capable of quickly dropping water drops from a lid body and being sanitarily put on a plane surface and easily handled by a knob when being put on the plane surface and having a small area required when the lid body is put on the plane surface. <P>SOLUTION: The lid body has a lid plate 11 for blocking an opening of a container body 3 and a projecting section 13 projected in the vicinity of the peripheral edge S on the upper surface of the lid plate 11.
