<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for bond magnet exhibiting sufficient flexibility and strong mechanical strength even under a lower temperature environment as compared with prior art, and having high remanent magnetic flux density (Br) and high greatest energy product ((BH)max), and to which good anisotropy can be imparted even with a practical low orientation magnetic field strength. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for bond magnet is composed of magnetic powder (A) having anisotropy and a resin binder (B). The magnetic powder (A) having anisotropy is produced by performing magnetization with a magnetic field (α) high enough to destroy the magnetic domain wall of each magnetic particle composing the powder, and then performing demagnetization with a magnetic field (β) high enough to knead each magnetic particle composing the powder sufficiently with the resin binder (B). On the other hand, the resin binder (B) contains a polymerized fatty acid based polyamide block copolymer, and/or a polymerized fatty acid based polyether ester amide block copolymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
