<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical information recording medium having an adhesive film whose defective appearance is reduced and which has a high protective function. <P>SOLUTION: A first adhesive layer 14 is formed on a first recording layer 12 formed on an L0 substrate (a first substrate) 11 and a UV curable resin layer previously applied on a stamper (soft stamper) 30 made of resin and the first adhesive layer 14 are stuck to each other and cured to form an intermediate layer 15. The outermost peripheral part of the intermediate layer 15 and a part of the outermost peripheral part of the L0 substrate 11 are cut and removed so that an inclined surface having a prescribed gradient is formed and the defective appearance due to overflowed adhesive and the like is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
