<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an adjustment for the arrival timing of a sheet of paper to be performed by easily determining the adjustment content even by an unskilled worker, and at the same time, to reduce unevenness in the adjustment by the experience of an operator, and to obtain a printed matter having a stable aiming error in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: This paper feeding adjusting device judges a paper carrying abnormality from the attainment timing of a sheet of paper to a front stopper. When the paper carrying abnormality has been judged, an adjustment device selecting screen GA1 including a brush, a roll pressure adjustment selecting switch SW3, and an inserting plate air blowing pressure adjustment selecting switch SW4 is displayed. An operator can select in this adjustment device selecting screen GA1 whether the adjustment of the attainment timing of the paper to the front stopper is performed by the adjustments of the brush and the roll pressure, or by the adjustment of the inserting plate air blowing pressure. In this case, the set values of the brush, the roll pressure and the inserting plate air blowing pressure can be adjusted by moving up/down the set values by the operation of a plus button and a minus button by each specified value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
