摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soybean curd fortified in deliciousness of soymilk inherited from soybean curd, and to provide a method for producing the soybean curd. <P>SOLUTION: The soybean curd contains uncoagulated or semi-coagulated soymilk in a dotted state. The method for producing the soybean curd comprises coagulating in a container a soymilk composition containing first soymilk and a coagulant.
