<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soybean curd fortified in deliciousness of soymilk inherited from soybean curd, and to provide a method for producing the soybean curd. <P>SOLUTION: The soybean curd contains uncoagulated or semi-coagulated soymilk in a dotted state. The method for producing the soybean curd comprises coagulating in a container a soymilk composition containing first soymilk and a coagulant. In more details, the method comprises evenly mixing the first soymilk with the coagulant to obtain the soymilk composition, and further adding second soymilk of the same or different kind from the first soymilk to the soymilk composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
