<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fund management system capable of performing flexible raising/operation of funds as much as needed when needed by capturing fund operation needs and fund raising needs. <P>SOLUTION: The fund management system is provided with a fund management server and a credit management server, operates operation fund balance between a prescribed upper limit amount and lower limit amount, processes fund infusion of free fund investors and fund recovery, takes funds from the free fund investors and performs fund returning. Security evaluation is performed with credit as security in taking funds from the fund investors, and fund taking is permitted within the range of the security evaluation.
