PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna in a low attitude which has its specific frequency band widened. SOLUTION: The antenna comprises a grounding plate 10 in a thin and long parallel plate shape which is arranged laterally long and vertically; a radiation element 12 in a thin and long parallel plate shape which is disposed substantially in parallel with the grounding plate 10 and wider than the ground plate; and a short plate 11 in a thin and long shape, which short-circuits a lower edge of the radiation element 12 to the grounding plate 10.
