PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary roller transmission capable of improving transmission efficiency. SOLUTION: This planetary roller transmission 1 is provided with: a plurality of planetary rollers 23 having rotatably arranged input shaft 11 and output shaft 13 on the same axial line, and allowing the circumference of a tapered sun roller 19 supported to the input shaft 11 slightly movably in the axial direction to be rolled; an output ring 35 with the planetary rollers 23 rollably inscribed thereto; and a shift ring 37 arranged movably in the axial direction of the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 13 with taper parts 23B provided for the planetary rollers 23 rollably inscribed thereto. The planetary roller transmission is also provided with: a pressing force generation mechanism 69 for pressing the sun roller 19 against the planetary rollers 23 between the input shaft 11 and the sun roller 19; and a pressing force generation mechanism 75 for pressing the output ring 35 against the planetary rollers 23 between the output shaft 13 and the output ring 35.
