PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce torque regardless of the low speed rotation and the high speed rotation of a journal, in a journal bearing. SOLUTION: An inner ring 5 of a rolling bearing 3 is fitted and installed by tight fit outside a sliding bearing 2 fitted and installed by clearance fit to and in the journal 1. In the low speed rotation of the journal 1, the journal 1, the sliding bearing 2 and the inner ring 5 of the rolling bearing 2 are integrally rotated to an outer ring 6 of the rolling bearing 2.
