PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control device which can adjust a flow rate of liquid of gas when the liquid or the gas is discharged from a cartridge filled with the liquid or the gas, and has a constitution easily attachable to and detachable from the cartridge. SOLUTION: The flow control device comprises a controller for controlling the flow amount of liquid or gas, a cup having a bottom to which the controller is joined and a cylindrical member joined to the bottom, and a fixing ring fitted to the outer periphery of the cup.
