PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing film of an inorganic electroluminescence (EL) element which is a film for sealing the inorganic EL element, and has excellent moisture-proof and antifouling properties where air or the like does not remain especially in an inside with the inorganic EL element sealed. SOLUTION: The sealing film of the inorganic EL element is characterized by that a ventilating passage formed by a plurality of recessed parts, which connect an end edge and other end edge, is formed on a surface of a thermal adhesive resin layer on an inorganic EL element side in the inside of the sealing film.
