PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation switch in which visual defects and brightness unevenness are hard to occur and in which superior operation feeling can be obtained. SOLUTION: The operation switch has an operation part 4 to be operated in a first direction, a switch part 2 which is arranged in the first direction against the operation part and which is pushed by the operation of the operation part, an optical part 5 which is positioned in a second direction orthogonally to the first direction against the operation part, and a light-emitting element 3 arranged in the first direction against the optical part. The optical part guides light from the light-emitting element to the operation part via an incident face 5a, a reflecting face 5b, and a light outgoing face 5c.
