PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing fixture 10 for pressing a connector to a counterpart side, the connector being capable of reducing a height between substrates, capable of narrowing the pitch, and also capable of obtaining stable connection even if it is connected one or more times. SOLUTION: This pressing fixture is equipped with a plurality of pressing parts 16 pressed against an object to be connected on a base material 12 integrally or separately, an elastic member 14 held on the side opposite to the portion where the pressing parts 16 of the base material 12 are provided, and at least one or more pressing members 15 to press the base material 12 or the object to be connected to the side of the object to be connected or to the base material side.
