PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer microchip made of plastic at low cost, readily, rigidly, and jointed reliably at a relatively low temperature, and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The microchip made of plastic is constituted of a layered body in which two or more layers of thermoplastic films, having a thickness range of 0.05-1.0 mm are laminated. The layers are bonded to each other by a bond or adhered to each other by an adhesive, a part or the whole surfaces of the plastic films have fine channels or through holes, and the light transmittance of visible light for a part or the whole thermoplastics is 70% or greater at a thickness of 0.1 mm.
