PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out an adhesive solid material from the inside of a packaging outer cylinder member easily, and to promote the improvement of stripping workability, certainty and filling productivity. SOLUTION: The adhesive solid material Wx is contained in a state of having been filled up in a space in a container body 6 formed of a tubular packaging outer cylinder member 4 which is laminated with a mold-releasing material 3 such as a mold-releasing resin film or mold-releasing paper to the rear face side and an attachable and detachable bottom face member 5 which is laminated with the mold-releasing material 3 such as the mold-releasing resin film or the mold-releasing paper to the inside of the bottom face of the packaging outer cylinder member 4, and moreover, the mold-releasing paper 7 is covered in order to prevent the invasion of foreign materials such as trash and dust in the surface of the solidified adhesive. A splitting cutting strip 9 is prepared which has cutting guides 8a, 8b in the vertical direction which is formed by separating the packaging outer cylinder member 4 in a plane-shape at the side face of the packaging outer cylinder member 4, and moreover, a belt-like mold-releasing member 10 of which the one face at least is carried out with mold-releasing processing along the cutting-in guides 8a, 8b is attachably and detachably intervened at the rear face side of this separation cutting strip 9.
