PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating guide structural body for sucking air having excellent durability and capable of making the whole structural body into a simple structure, letting an air suction member move smoothly, and reciprocating it in not only the horizontal direction but also the vertical direction. SOLUTION: This reciprocating guide structural body is provided with a hollow air case 1 having an air exhaust port 12 for evacuation and forming a slit 11 on one face 10 and a running member 9 arranged movably along the air case 1. The running member 9 is provided with a rotary body 2 having an air suction port 20 like an opening on a side, having an air exhaust part communicating with the air suction port 20 in the inside in an outer peripheral part 22, and moving in a condition in which an intruding circular arc part 24 in a part of the outer peripheral part 22 intrudes into the slit 11 in the air case 1 while rotating to feed the air sucked through the air suction port 20 into the inside of the air case 1. Furthermore, this reciprocating guide structural body is provided with a sealing belt 3 for closing over a scope of opening in the air exhaust part corresponding to a non-intruding circular arc part 25 except the intruding circular arc part 24 in the outer peripheral part 22 of the rotary body 2 and a scope 11a of opening except the running member 9 in the slit 11 in the air case 1.
