PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably discharge contents at a constant quantity by preventing, without an additional member, the closing of a spout when discharging the contents. SOLUTION: In the peripheral edge of an inner constricted seal (15a) provided on a first inner constricted part (15), the intersection K of a line (1) and a line (m) is used as a center. The line (1) is extended vertically from the inside of a seal part (11a) that is parallel to a vertical seal (11) of the packaging bag. The line (m) is extended perpendicular to and from the center of a part (18) to be used as a spout.
