摘要 A vegetarian meat and manufacturing method thereof. Whole soybeans are soaked, cooked and coagulated. After removal of whey, soybean curds having approximately 70% moisture content are formed. After mixing and extrusion, a vegetarian meat having high moisture content, texturization and nutrition is obtained.
