The arrangement has an arm with a fastening end and a free end, where different surfaces are provided at the free end. Foil buttons (60, 62, 64) are arranged in two surfaces that are adjacent to each other. The foil buttons are formed by a keypad (50) with a common connection cable (64a). Each foil button forms sections (52, 54, 56) of the keypad, and the sections are connected by a narrow foil strip (58). The strip forms a bending zone for a passage from one surface to another surface, and is adapted to the passage contour. The connection cable is lead inside the arm to the fastening end.
