<p>The method involves providing a wet concrete, and installing retreatment foils with fibrous fleece, which posses high degree of water-absorption characteristics of 0.5 to 1 liters. Sufficient water is supplied on a surface and then is received in the foils up to saturation. The water is released for hydration in a retreatment time. The bubbles of the water from the surface are pressed by a roller or brush.</p>
