<p>In a gas spring having a rod member arranged in the attitude of protruding upward from a rod-side edge wall of cylinder main-body, a lubricating oil accommodated in an inferior-end-side portion within the cylinder main-body is surely fed to the rod member and seal member with the use of a pressure change of compressed gas so that assured lubrication between the seal member and the rod member is attained by the lubricating oil. In the lubrication structure for gas spring (1), a pair of check valves (25,27) for preventing any back flow of lubricating oil (21) from the side of lubricating oil discharge orifice (23) to the side of lubricating oil introduction orifice (22) are disposed in series in lubricating oil channel (24) linking the lubricating oil introduction orifice (22) with the lubricating oil discharge orifice (23), so that with the use of a pressure change of compressed gas (3), not only is the lubricating oil (21) introduced from the lubricating oil introduction orifice (22) into the lubricating oil channel (24) but also the lubricating oil (21) is discharged from the lubricating oil discharge orifice (23) to thereby attain feeding to rod member (4).</p> |
