A method and system for collecting and using data information, position information and direction information of an image frame through a camera attached to a moving object is provided to obtain an image which is continuously taken by the moving object through synchronization of speed of the moving object and the number of frames of the camera. According to speed of a moving object in rear time, the number of frames of a digital image is controlled. An image frame is pictured, and then position data and traveling direction data at time of taking the picture are calculated. The pictured image data, the position data and the direction data are transmitted to a database server(100) via a network comprising wireless internet in rear time. The position data and the direction data corresponding to the image frame are stored in the database server. A mobile terminal receives the image frame data from the server to display the image which is identical to a scene shown by the moving object. The image and the scene are synchronized.
