<p>A photosensitive composition is provided to form a black matrix and/or colored layer having good quality and high adhesion even in a pressure cooker test. A photosensitive composition includes (a) a colorant, (b) a photopolymerizable compound, (c) a photopolymerization initiator, and (d) an adhesion improver. The adhesion improver(d) is a silane compound having a nitrogen-containing group, wherein a compound having less than one hydrogen bound to the nitrogen is used.
