CONTROL METHOD OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR PROVIDING ALWAYS ON SERVICE

A controlling method of a mobile communication terminal for supplying an always-on service is provided to update a VPLMN(Visitor Public Land Mobile Network) list of the mobile communication terminal in order that a user can use an always-on service even in a newly usable PLMN. It is decided whether an OTA(Over The Air) message is received from a base station(S500). If so, it is decided whether the received message is for updating a VPLMN list(S505). If so, the VPLMN list is updated by adding a new item to the VPLMN list or by replacing one of existing items according to the received message(S510). If the OTA message is not the message for updating the VPLMN list, a general OTA message processing function is performed(S515).
