<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an automobile from traveling when a person to drive his/her own vehicle is drunken in order to prevent any traffic accident caused by drink driving. <P>SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. (C), an alcohol sensor 2a is provided at an electronic key 2, and a microcomputer 2b and a button cell 2d are built therein. When the alcohol sensor 2a detects alcohol, the microcomputer 2b outputs an ignition operation preventive signal.
