PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and inexpensive applying method excellent in coating property in comparison with a conventional technology when an electrical insulating coating is formed on the surface of a laminated motor core. SOLUTION: The method for applying the insulating coating on the surface of the laminated motor core applies a processing agent comprising: one or two or more complexes each containing a polyester resin and/or an epoxy resin and silicone as an insulating coating forming agent; one or two or more of silicone powder, alumina, silica and an aluminum hydroxide; and a remnant solvent, and forms the electrical insulating coating for withstanding a high voltage.
