<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable subsequent tracking while suppressing applicant spoofing, unauthorized application or the like in a real window application for a financial institution or public office. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU of a server 300 stores a set of first ID data and second ID data read by a transmitting and receiving module 700, upon receipt of an application document, in association with an applicant image taken by a monitoring camera 400 at the reading time in a hard disk.
