<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise emitted from a load wire by shortening a load wire for connecting a fuel pump and a control device. <P>SOLUTION: Since a service hole 6 for a fuel tank access formed at a vehicle body 5 is provided in order to make a service man access to the fuel tank 1 at the inspection of the fuel pump 9 or the like, the hole is positioned near the fuel tank 1. The control device 10 of the fuel pump 9 is provided on a service hole cover 7 for fuel tank access for closing the service hole 6 for fuel tank access.
