<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag manufacturing method for obtaining a flattened RFID tag having a function as a metallic tag, and an RFID tag manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: A PET sheet 140, which has a thickness similar to that of a protrusion from a substrate 120 of an IC chip 110 when the IC chip 110 is mounted on a substrate 120 and is provided with a hole 141 at its center part, is bonded on the substrate 120 on which a metal pattern for an antenna 122 encircles a dielectric plate 121, and after this, the IC chip 110 is mounted on the substrate 120 so that the IC chip 110 is housed in the hole 141. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
