PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing vibration noise, while maintaining frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: A coupling unit 155 couples a microphone unit 151 having a diaphragm 162 and a sound collection part 161 for delivering air vibration to the diaphragm 162, and outputting an electrical signal, in response to the vibration of the diaphragm 162 with a microphone unit 153, including a diaphragm 172 and an enclosed structure for shutting off the delivery of the air vibration to the diaphragm 172, and outputting an electrical signal, in response to the vibration of the diaphragm 172 so as to arrange the diaphragms 162, 172 in parallel with each other. An adder 156 performs summation, such that the electrical signal Vout2 outputted from the microphone unit 153 is canceled from the electrical signal Vout1 outputted from the microphone unit 151.
