PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooing efficiency by preventing a warm exhaust wind after cooling from returning into a casing from flow-in openings. SOLUTION: The flow-in openings 27, 28 for flowing cooling winds into the casing 1 are formed on the back surface side of a fixed scroll 3A and parts in the casing 1 are cooled by the cooling wind. By distributing the cooling wind from a flow-out port 31A of the casing 1 to a cooling wind passage 33A, the fixed scroll 3A is cooled from the back surface side. In this case, an exhaust wind guide 34 for partitioning the flow-in opening 27 and the cooling wind passage 33A is provided on the back surface side of the fixed scroll 3A. Thus, since it is possible to prevent the warm exhaust wind exhausted from the cooling wind passage 33A from returning to the flow-in opening 27, low-temperature air can mad to be stably flow into the casing 1 from the flow-in openings 27, 28 and the like and thus it is possible to improve cooling efficiency.
