PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking tower attaining high-rise by means of stacked constitution of parking garages rather than a lifting speed, in view of a problem of the limit of high-rise because of having reached the limit of lifting speed in lifting a long distance in a conventional high-rise parking tower wherein a lifting drive part is made large-sized to convey up to a high position at the rapid lifting speed. SOLUTION: The parking tower 1 is formed into one unit by erecting a first parking garage 2 on a ground surface GL and stacking a plurality of n-th parking garages on the upper and lower sides of the first parking garage 2. Each stacking position is provided with a transfer space 13 serving for lateral communication of vehicles in a plurality of parking garages, and a drive chamber 14 is provided for installing the lifting drive part 11. As to a lifting space E of each parking tower 1, the lifting spaces E of the upper and lower parking towers 1 are arranged not in the same position but in different positions to constitute a lift 5 of each parking tower 1 to sequentially convey vehicles through the transfer space 13, thus providing the high-rise type parking tower quick in entering and leaving of vehicles and having many parking rooms X, Y.
