PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe facility for each dwelling unit of a multiple dwelling house such as a high-rise condominium unit permitting a renewal work or a cleaning work for an inner portion of each drain pipe riser thereby permitting to use each toilet by the tenants even during a renewal work for the drain pipe riser for each dwelling unit in the multiple dwelling house. SOLUTION: A first drain pipe riser 10 is installed to a common passage at T side in an exclusive unit portion J. A second drain pipe riser 20 is installed to a balcony B side. Two closets 11a and 25a are installed in the exclusive unit portion J, the closet 11a is connected to the first drain pipe riser 10, and the other closet 25a is connected to the second drain pipe riser 20.
