PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an occurrence of an interference fringe on an image plane while increasing the number of pixels using a vibrating mirror part. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a plurality of reflective elements that selectively reflect the light incident from a lamp 2 to mutually different first and second reflection directions, and are aligned to mutually different first and second alignment directions, a mirror part 91 that reflects the light reflected to the first reflection direction by each reflective element to an image plane 103 and moves the light focused on the image plane 103 to a predetermined image movement direction by vibration, and a lens part 102 which is disposed on the light incidence side of the image plane 103, in which a plurality of light blocking parts that extend to a predetermined extension direction are formed at a predetermined interval, and which transmits the light reflected by the mirror part 91. The mirror part 91 vibrates in such a manner that the pixel movement direction of the image plane 103 differs from the extension direction of each light blocking part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
