The present invention comprises a new class of compounds capable of modul ating the c-kit receptor and, accordingly, useful for treatment of c-kit med iated diseases, including various inflammatory, fibrotic and/or mast cell me diated diseases such as mastocytosis. The compounds have a general Formula ( I) wherein A1-3, R1 and R3-6 are defined herein. The invention further compr ises pharmaceutical compositions, methods for treatment of c-kit mediated di seases, and intermediates and processes useful for the preparation of compou nds of the invention.
