ILLUMINATION TYPE AWAKENING APPARATUS, AND BUILDING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination type awakening apparatus and a building structure advantageous in awakening a user well from a sleeping state.

SOLUTION: The illumination type awakening apparatus 1 is provided with an illuminator 2 provided in a room where the user sleeps for emitting light, and a luminaire operating means 3 for lighting the illuminator 2. The illuminator 2 operating means helps the user awaken from the sleeping state by indirect light generated by reflecting the light emitted from the illuminator 2 on a light reflection member 5 with light reflectivity provided on a side wall M1 or a bed 4 in the room or the side wall M1 of the room.
