摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a light emitting diode driving circuit capable of transmitting an optical signal with high precision even if the supply voltage of an optical transmission device or/and the supply voltage of a controller vary, and to provide the optical transmission device equipped with the same and an optical transmission device.

SOLUTION: The light emitting diode driving circuit 3 includes an input buffer part 4 which converts an electric signal supplied from an external controller IC 10 into an electric signal having two high and low levels based upon an input threshold voltage. The supply voltage of the input buffer part 4 is common to the supply voltage of the controller IC 10.
