<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output sounds, from display parts, corresponding to positions of screens of display parts occupied in a large screen constituted of a plurality of display parts. <P>SOLUTION: When neighborhood information regarding a neighboring client is received from each client, based on the received neighborhood information, a server 10 sets a client configuration and its arrangement position. Further, when the number of speakers for outputting is instructed, in accordance with the arrangement positions of clients, speakers to output sounds of left or right channels are determined and instructed to the clients, and configuration information representing the set configuration and the arrangement position of each client is transmitted to each of the clients.
