<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of securely adjusting the angle of an operation panel while ensuring satisfactory operability with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 includes: an apparatus main body 10; and an operation panel 20 freely rotatably supported by the support member 30 disposed on the apparatus main body 10. The operation panel 20 is provided with a multiple stage operation panel-side engagement part arranged so as to be divided evenly on a circumference around the rotating shaft of the operation panel 20. The support member 30 is provided with a plurality of support member-side engagement parts 32 which are arranged to be divided evenly on a circumference around the rotating shaft of the operation panel 20 and engaged with any one of the multiple stage operation panel-side engagement parts 25. The multiple stage operation panel-side engagement parts 25 and the support member-side engagement parts 32 are engaged with each other in close contact with each other in the same direction as the axial direction of the rotating shaft, and can be disengaged apart from each other in the same direction as this axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
