<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainproof cold-protection handrail exhibiting a function of the handrail to the maximum allowing an outdoor grip bar to be warmed without getting wet, and moreover not requiring large-scale structure without the need for distant power supply. <P>SOLUTION: Support members 3 provided at the lower parts of a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction of the grip bar 1 which is a handrail body, support a roof-like member 5 covering the upper part of the grip bar 1. The upper face of the roof-like member 5 is provided with a solar panel 11. A far infrared panel 13 functions with electric power generated by the solar panel 11.
