<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system for a construction or forest vehicle capable of performing the work of high efficiency by adding a fuel tank to the construction vehicle such as a drilling machine in which fuel supply is troublesome or to the forest vehicle large in fuel consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply system mounted to an upper frame 3 of a construction or forest vehicle includes a junction tank unit for merged to a fuel supply line which is connected to the lower end of a primary fuel tank 1 and a fuel supply line which is connected to the lower end of an additional fuel tank 10, the fuel supply lines connected in parallel to each other, a water separator connected to the junction tank unit via a fuel supply line, a fuel supply line for supplying the fuel to an engine from the water separator, a fuel recovery line for recovering remaining fuel from the engine to the primary fuel tank, and an additional fuel tank. Working efficiency and fuel supply efficiency can be enhanced thereby, cost can be reduced resulting from the reduction of a counterweight caused by the additional tank, and a lifting capacity can be increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
