PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a drainage pumping station not dropping drain quantity to zero even if a failure occurs. SOLUTION: The drainage pumping station is provided with a pump 10 and a drive machine 30 driving the pump 10, and is further provided with a detector 71 indicating an operation state of the drainage pumping station and a control device 90 operating the pump 10 at a light load when output value of the detector 71 reaches an alarm point. This control device 90 is constructed to operate the pump 10 at a light load when output value of the detector indicating the operation state of the drainage pumping station reaches the predetermined alarm point.
