PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition excellent in crystallization rate. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition includes a polyester resin (a), and a compound (b) having a barbituric acid structure. Favorably, the composition includes 100 pts.mass of the polyester (a), and 0.01-10 pts.mass of the compound having the barbituric acid structure formulated therewith. Favorably, the composition includes at least one polyester resin (a) selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephtalate, polytetramethylene terephtalate, polybutylene terephtalate, and polylactic acid.
