PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive sheet and a double-sided adhesive sheet with a releasing paper, enabling easy writing or printing on written personal information, etc., ensuring the recycling performance of a spreadable postcard, etc., and having transparent layers temporarily bonded with each other in a stable state. SOLUTION: The double-sided adhesive sheet 10 comprises a temporarily bonded laminated sheet 11 having a pair of light-transmitting paper substrates 11a, 11b and a temporarily bonding layer 11c to bond the light-transmitting paper substrates 11a, 11b in a releasable manner while inhibiting the rebonding of the substrates, and tacky adhesive layers 12a, 12b applied to both surfaces of the temporary bonding laminated sheet 11. The temporarily bonding layer 11c of the temporarily bonded laminated sheet 10 is formed by a wet lamination method. The double-sided adhesive sheet 1 with a releasing sheet is provided with the double-sided adhesive sheet 10 and releasing sheets 20a, 20b laminated to one or both adhesive layers 12a, 12b of the double-sided adhesive sheet 10.
