PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens processing device and lens processing method capable of enhancing the working efficiency in processing lenses and provide a computer program therefor, by displaying the desired lens frame shape data in a preview picture plane and changing over into a layout picture plane in order to immediately generate a layout setting. SOLUTION: The invention applies to a layout picture plane display part 6 for making a layout setting in order to process a lens for glasses, in which a start button 58 for giving a command to start processing is used to make changing-over from the preview picture plane into the layout plane, whereby the lens is processed through setting of the layout in order to make lens processing.
