PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwear and clothing designed to recover lower muscular power caused by meridian abnormalities and to improve physical functions, by giving specified 14-color stimuli to 14 meridians circulating through the body. SOLUTION: This underwear or clothing for color stimulation uses the total of specified 14 specifying: two different colors of yellow-brown color for the Ren meridian passing through the front center of the neck, and peony color for the Du eridian passing through the back center; six colors of white, scarlet, coral, light red, navy blue, and pale pink for the Lung meridian, the Pericardium meridian, the Heart meridian, the Large Intestine meridian, the Triple Energizer meridian, and the Small Intestine meridian respectively, each passing through the upper arm and the hand joint; and six colors of ultramarine, beige, midnight blue, black, cobalt blue, and apple green for the Liver meridian, the Spleen meridian, the Kidney meridian, the Bladder meridian, the Gallbladder meridian, and the Stomach meridian respectively, each passing through the waist, the leg, and the foot joint.
